Specific Considerations for regularly scheduled series

Steps to join a meeting:

  1. Make sure you register for the meeting
  2. Click on the invitation link at meeting time, you will be prompted to download(on the first access) or launch zoom
  3. Sign in using your full name
  4. You can test your audio and video using the system prompts.
  5. note that you will have to dial in if you don't have a microphone as part of your desktop/laptop setup

Technology requirements:  You need a desktop, laptop, or cell phone with speakers to pick up the audio in order to participate remotely.  Cell phone users should download the ZOOM App before starting, and please remember to mute your phone during the presentation.
