This section is intended to help you screen for potential conflicts so that we can address them in a timely manner. The responsibility for identifying and mitigating any potential conflict rests with UAB CME, but we want you to be aware of the steps required.

UAB CME will review all disclosures to ensure that no potential conflicts exist. If we find a potential issue, we'll contact you with next steps.
