If you get nothing else from these pages (and if you don't, please let us know because I hate producing useless c#&p that only confuses people), keep these questions in mind when any CME event is initiated:

• What's the issue?
• Who's issue is it?
• Why is it an issue?
• Is there a gap that needs to be addressed?
• What type of education might address that gap?
• Are there any existing/available resources that might help close that gap?
• Are there any barriers to learning that could reduce the effectiveness of the planned education event?
